What we’re about
This group is for local Sonoma County women who are interested in networking and socializing while learning about and drinking wine. Come join a fun group of women while we try new wines, cuisines and activities together! Must be 21 and older, all wine-tasting experience levels welcome. We meet at local wineries, small businesses, and restaurants monthly. Sorry gentlemen, this is for ladies only.

We have an attendance policy that members are expected to adhere to: If you sign up for a non-prepaid event, and No-Show to it (meaning you don't change your RSVP to 'Not Going', AND you don't show up to the event), it will count against you. If you No-Show to three events, you may not attend any events for 3 months. We will mark you as a No-Show after the event, because we understand that some people will be late for events and that is generally fine.
We are trying to cut down on the confusion or missed opportunities, and help the ladies who can and will attend events, so we can keep doing these in the future. Events that are prepaid will be handled in the manner stated on their listing in regards to cancellations or attendance. At every attended event, there is a $1 "slush" fund donation expected for every member starting in 2025. This helps us pay club expenses and expand our event offerings in the future.
I urge you to PLEASE put any events in your calendar that you plan to attend so you do not get marked as a No-Show at the time that you sign up for them. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please message me directly. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you all at a future event.
Cheers!

Sip, squat, and strengthen that 🍑
Lift, tone, and sculpt in this lower-body focused class that’s all about building glute strength and having fun while doing it. Expect squats, lunges, and targeted movements that’ll make every step feel stronger—whether in the gym or on your next wine-tasting tour. 🍷🍑
We are super excited to be able to offer a special ladies' exercise class night at the newly opened Spite Fitness Gym near Coddingtown Mall in Santa Rosa. This is your chance to workout with a group of like-minded individuals with a fun, interactive lesson.
This event is in a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere. All skill and health levels are encouraged. All equipment and the space is provided by them, and the lesson will be 55 minutes long.
Shelly Swarts will be leading us through the class. Shelly is a dedicated personal trainer and group fitness instructor passionate about helping beginners build confidence and strength on their fitness journey. Specializing in strength training, core development, and mobility, she creates a welcoming and supportive environment where progress is always prioritized over perfection.
With a background in yoga and deep stretching, Shelly seamlessly integrates flexibility and mobility work into her training, ensuring a well-rounded approach to movement. Whether working one-on-one or leading group classes, she emphasizes accessibility, small wins, and education, empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence to move safely and effectively.
Her ultimate goal? To make fitness approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone—no matter where they start.
There are 15 spots available, guests welcome. The ladies' group lesson is $13 person, or you can sign up for a free week's worth of classes. You may sign up by visiting their website here. If you would like to know more about this exciting new gym and it's offerings here is the web address: https://spitefitness.com/
Please RSVP 'Yes' and register using the link above if you are able to make it, I will be doing a preliminary headcount a day before the event. If you would like to attend last minute and pay last minute, that is fine as well, you will need to pay them directly before or after the class. Wear comfortable workout clothes and footwear, and bring water.
After class we invite you to join us at Dai's house or nearby restaurant around the corner for a glass of wine, water, conversation or snack. You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or snack to share if you plan on hanging out with us afterwards.
Cheers, and hope to see you there!
