Soul Oasis

Hello everyone! Welcome to this new edition of the Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Healing Workshop. Facilitated by Dr. Bianca Hur, a clinical psychologist, and Sophie Anne, a Certified Sound healer, Reiki master and breathwork facilitator, this 2.5-hour workshop will focus on a combination of *ecstatic yoga, integrative Breathwork, Reiki, energy healing and 432 Hz crystal bowls sound bath.

In a seamless flow, these modalities all converge to activate a flow of energy, while allowing to harmoniously release what no longer serves you. This in turn helps alleviate stress and anxiety, allowing trust and surrender to help integrate pain and fear, bringing in a renewed, positive life-enhancing energy.

Right after our closing integration circle, light healthy snacks and drinks will be served, as well as microdose-infused organic, gluten & dairy free dark chocolate square offerings, home-made especially for our workshop.

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal to set intentions, a light, blanket, socks, and optional head pillow. The event will be indoors, but there is access to a park.

This will be a donation based event, with a suggested amount of $30-$50.

Facilitated by Sophie Anne, a Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer and Breathwork facilitator, this Sound Bath session includes gentle Breathwork, Intention setting and Integration.

We will begin with a Cacao Ceremony and relax into a blissful, healing Sound session infused with Reiki energy.

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal to set intentions, a light, blanket, socks, and optional head pillow. The event will be indoors, but there will be access to the backyard and a park.

This will be a donation based event with a suggested amount of $20-$40.
