What we’re about
Soulful Sanctuary (aka SoulSanc!) is a gathering space for people who want to learn, heal, and grow in an emotional and spiritual kind of way. We offer classes and events in collaboration with local healers and teachers, and host our own healing clinics and shares.
We are centrally located off the 280/Saratoga Ave. exit, and offer plenty of parking and creature comforts. We also rent our space to healers and are open to hosting your aligned community-supporting events. We can't wait to meet you!

Who Are We?
Michelle Husain is the owner, facilitator and official space holder for Soulful Sanctuary, affectionately known as SoulSanc. She is also an intuitive Reiki Master Teacher, Motoki Teacher Apprentice, and Intuitive Guide with a lifelong passion for helping people find joy and balance in their lives.
She's held hundreds of Reiki, Motoki, and Intuitive Guidance sessions and has prior success in helping to manage clients’ physical pain, assisting with chronic disease and illnesses, and gently healing trauma, abuse, and other emotional concerns. As a former school psychologist, she's able to apply skills in behaviorism and counseling to help guide clients and students toward new wisdom and healing, on many levels.
Michelle teaches in-person Reiki, Motoki, and Intuitive Development classes at SoulSanc and leads groups with an experienced, humor-filled touch. Check out her current offerings!
She's called San Jose home for almost 15 years, and enjoys hiking, traveling, movies, and spending time with her husband and two teenagers.

Presented by Pamelah Landers, Expert Hand AnalystWhat are Heart Lines/Love Lines?
These lines tell you how your style of expressing love and feelings/emotions. About 2/3 of the population has a different heart line type on each hand. Meaning, you may have more than one style of love/feeling/emotion expression.“The accuracy of heart line characteristics is amazing!”

There are four specific styles of heart lines.

HermitWhen you join us, you will be given a hand out with each of these printed so you can see what they look like. Plus, Pamelah will be identifying your specific heart line(s) when you arrive. This interactive class is designed for you to share stories and examples and ask questions.
Class Purpose
Your Love Lines/Heart Lines identify your style of expressing feelings, emotions and love.They also identify specific and tangible characteristics ow how you like love shown to you, just like the 5 love styles (of course, that maps over to your hand markings!!)How does this one line represent something so significant?I'm sure you are aware by now that communication can be one of the biggest challenges in relationships.And not feeling heard and/or seen - one of the most heartbreaking and disappointing experiences. Which can lead to micro angers that build-up over time. Because there are 4 different styles, there is a good chance people who matter in your life have a different style than you do which we will be covering in class.They can be completely opposite! In fact, of the thousands of couples I've read for over the last 34 years, the only heart line that I see may show up on both partners is the Hermit. Most couples have opposite heart lines. And your children, because this is not a hereditary trait, could be completely different than you! Hmmmm!
So how your loved ones hear you or you hear them may feel frustrating at times. Of course, there are times when the communication is super clear and you feel very heard and seen.If you are asking for improved communication with your partner, children, friends, family, co-workers, managers at work, (everybody or anybody), it matters to identify what is important for you about how you communicate your feelings. AND...to be able to articulate that so you could feel more received/heard/seen.
It's so easy in our relationships to give up our designed style and try to fit in with what works for somebody else. What if that actually makes things worse? What if you being "true to your design" is where you power is for communication?
The Heart Lines
Two of the heart lines are designed to be very open and verbal about how they feel. Two are are designed to be cautious and reserved about expressing feelings.Two of the heart lines are designed to be authentically focused on other people's emotional needs first. Two are excellent at putting their own desires first, which is easier for everybody and yet can be judged as being 'too selfish'.Just from this you can see where miscommunication and heartache may arise.Giving yourself the education about your heart line types and then identifying those of others who matter will truly support improved communication if you are being true to your design.Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for Pamelah to identify your heart lines before we begin.

Join our Reiki healing community clinic and enjoy the benefits of an express Reiki session. Our experienced volunteer Reiki Masters and healers will briefly ask you about your current concerns, get you comfortable on a massage table or chair, and provide a gentle Reiki session. You will remain fully clothed, but are asked to remove shoes, coats, etc.
