In the midst of life’s movement, Return to Center is an invitation to slow down, soften, and recalibrate. This deeply restorative Yin practice is designed to gently regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony.

Through long-held postures, mindful breath, and deep surrender, we will activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s natural healing response) allowing for profound rest, renewal, and inner balance. Each shape becomes a doorway to presence, a space where we can listen, breathe, and return to the wisdom within.

Whether you seek grounding, emotional release, or deep nervous system support, this class is here to hold you. Come as you are, and allow the practice to guide you back home to yourself.

This sacred gathering is a space for all paths and experiences, whether you’re new to Reiki or deeply familiar with its gentle power.
In our circle, we co-create an atmosphere of love, unity, compassion, openness, and support. We will connect deeply with each other and the universal life force energy within us all, allowing healing light to flow freely to us, through us, and as us.

This event is a beautiful opportunity to experience Reiki in a community setting, while also embracing your personal healing journey within a sacred, intentional space.

✨A Heart-Centered Gathering for Renewal & Divine Light✨

The Spring Equinox is a powerful time of transformation, renewal, balance and awakening. As the light and dark come into equilibrium, we are invited to align with this sacred harmony within ourselves and the world.

On this special evening, we will come together in a heart-centered virtual space to connect with the spirit of Cacao, not as a "ceremony" in the modern sense, but as an intentional communion with this sacred plant ally and teacher. Through sharing, wisdom teachings, movement, breathwork, and meditation, we will honor the Equinox and open our hearts to Divine connection.

This gathering is an opportunity to weave light into the world, strengthen our collective resonance, and receive the wisdom that both Mama Cacao and the Equinox have to offer.

What the Gathering Offers:
✨Opening Sharing Space– A space for open-hearted sharing, allowing each voice to contribute to the energy of the gathering.

✨Wisdom Teachings– A sharing of traditional ancient wisdom of Cacao, its role as a heart medicine, and the deeper significance of the Spring Equinox being A Ceremony of Awakening.

This is an open and welcoming space. No prior experience with Cacao or familiarity with the Spring Equinox is needed.

✨ What to Bring: A cup of ceremonial Cacao or tea, a comfortable space for movement, a journal, and an open heart.
