Ajapa Yoga Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the science of Ajapa Yoga, a form of meditation rooted in ancient Indian spiritual traditions. Ajapa Yoga involves conscious breathing techniques that help its practitioners attain inner peace, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. The foundation conducts talks and workshops on a regular basis to support individuals in learning and practicing Ajapa Yoga.
