Singles and couples welcome.
Let's get together for a mixture of activities such as walks followed by breakfast or lunch, nights out to the cinema or theatre, watching bands and singers/performers, enjoying each other's company at meals and occasional days out to museums, country parks and stately homes.
All we ask is that you respect other members of the group and have a profile photo so we can look out for you when going on events.
If you are unable to attend an event, please undo your rsvp as soon as you know, to free up the space. For walks, we will only wait a few minutes, in order to reduce disruption to the group who do attend. However, please message if you are running late and we can let you know where we are, for you to catch us up.
We are very welcoming and will introduce you to the group and help you feel at ease.
To help cover administration costs we will ask you for a joining fee of £5 per person (payable via bank transfer or by paypal). This is payable after your first event and thereafter you will be required to pay £5 annually on 1st February, starting from February 2025
Please note when paying a deposit for an event this is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. All excess funds are used to administer the group.
