I need to stretch nightly, yet even though I feel the aches in my body, I really won’t do it consistently unless I know I have an appointment to do it with someone!

In the mornings I get on zoom with my BFF and we do a workout video with the shared screen. Is like to do the same for my nightly stretching/yoga.

Perhaps folks can do the same for other things they want to accomplish? Let me know if you want to be an event host to find buddies to do something you want to get done!

It does cost money to have groups on Meetup, so feel free to donate if you feel moved, but I’ll never post a fee for anything I host, and if you host, you shouldn’t either.

Let’s hold each other accountable and make some positive changes in our lives!
