What we’re about
This group is a spin-off of many of the Twin Cities 20’s-30’s groups, but specifically for those of us in the south suburbs - Bloomington, Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Lakeville, Farmington, etc.
If you don’t live in any of those cities you are still welcome to join, but the majority of our events will stay local to keep things close by!
The vision for this group is to become a community of well-rounded working professionals from all perspectives! Events are geared to help members meet new people and build relationships that last. We value friendship above all else, and maybe you’ll meet a special someone here too! We will have a variety of activities to appeal to all interests.
Physical - outdoor activities (sports, hiking, camping)
Mental - board games, card games, trivia, escape rooms
Social/Foodie - coffee/tea, lunches, dinners, happy hours, breweries
Personal Development - conversations about careers, time, money, etc.
Spiritual - conversations about religion and spirituality, atheism vs. agnosticism, meditation, etc.
This is not a drinking group. There are so many creative ways to get out, meet people, and have fun that do not need to involve alcohol. That said, we will have our share of brewery nights and happy hours - but we will be more creative with our events than just drinking together.
Event ideas - bonfire, swing dancing, apple orchard, MN State Fair, Dakota County fair, rock climbing, make your own pottery, gun range, paintball, archery, day trip up north, bowling, drive-in movie, MOA, zoo, beach day, canoeing/kayaking/paddle boarding, concert, museum, auto show, escape room, arcade, hammock hang out, movie night, Valleyfair, Canterbury Park, Mystic Lake, see a play at the Guthrie, geocaching, waterpark, spelunking, sports game, ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and many more!
