What we’re about

Join me in my cozy breathwork studio located in my home by Provo Canyon for a breathwork session that will leave you both encouraged and full of wonder for life.

Since 2022, I have practiced transformative breathwork with various facilitators in numerous environments. After studying with mentors, I created a quaint studio with comforts and design elements that establish a steady, safe, calm environment where breathing is enjoyable and happy. I wanted to offer a space and experience that I couldn't find. I facilitate breathwork because I love it and want others to access it, precisely the Sozo method.

I'm Zoob, a father to four, husband, and venture entrepreneur who loves people, business, and markets. Because my studio is at my home, please arrive with respect and kindness.
