REIKI CLINIC There will be a brief introduction. Followed by guided calming meditation, guided relaxation breathing exercise, guided Chakra Cleansing exercise and guided Visualization exercise.

People might experience a warm and/or tingling sensation and possible a comfortable feeling or a sense of peace. Reiki is a gentle process and each individual has a unique experience. Reiki is healing energy that promotes and facilitates healing. We welcome anyone who is open to the healing potential of Reiki.

What to expect:
We’ll begin with a brief discussion, allowing any questions or thoughts to be shared. Then, we will open the circle for protection. This includes a quick meditation/prayer and the calling in of our guides and protectors.

All messages include evidence from spirit as Glenda will guide through the specific questions. Everyone in the meeting will take their turn providing the evidence they obtained and the messages for the seater and group.

It is best to remain open to all messages, without rejecting or denying one that doesn’t immediately sound familiar or correct. Sometimes a Spirit will come through that we don’t recognize at first, and only later do we realize who it is which is commonly referred to as psychic amnesia.

There are, however, no guarantees that each participant will receive a message from others. Mediums cannot promise to connect with a particular spirit, though we always try.

Preparation:
Hybrid online and in-person circles are very effective and meaningful. Have no fear: you will connect with Spirit just as powerfully, and giving readings this way is very similar to doing so in person. That being said, please have your camera/video turned on for this Meetup. It only enhances the process, and makes the connection stronger and more engaging.

It is recommended that you be in a private space so you won’t be interrupted.

Alcohol and recreational drugs should not be used before or during the session. These can negatively impact the energy of the group. We may be on video, but we will be connected, and mind altering substances can stagnate that connection, even if only one person is partaking.
Please make sure you set yourself up before the meeting begins: once we open the circle, there will be no stepping away unless arrangements with Glenda have been previously made. The circle will be open for approximately 2 hours with a one 2 min break.
