We meet online the third Sunday of every month to read and discuss spiritual poetry and wisdom quotes, and to share thoughts, feelings and insights inspired by the readings. About 25 people attend from several groups - we'd love to hear from you what poem or quote is meaningful to you - Do you love Rumi, Rilke, Joy Harjo, Hafiz, Mary Oliver, Alice Walker, Ryokan, Thomas Merton, Mirabai, Pablo Neruda, Hildegard of Bingen, Wendell Berry, Nâzım Hikmet, Thich Nhat Hanh or...? Every meetup is different, depending on what you choose to read and discuss. Let's learn from each other as we share these invitations to what is higher and deeper.

We draw strength, support, and inspiration from poetry and wisdom traditions. All paths and views are welcome -- this is an open and welcoming space where we get to know others who share a love for spiritual poetry and wisdom quotes, and for that which connects us with a deeper life, regardless of spiritual path or personal history. One note: We appreciate the poets among us, but we don't read our own work.

NOTE: RSVPs close three hours before the meetup begins. To join the meeting you must be logged in on Zoom, and a password is required. The password will be sent by direct message or email as we get closer to the date. Please check your Meetup account for messages! (There will also be an email, but Meetup.com messages appear much sooner than the emails - sometimes Meetup's emails get bottle-necked, so it's always better to check your Meetup.com account - or better yet, RSVP early!)

We Attract What Resonates Within Our Unconscious and Conscious Mind.

All our beliefs and emotions have a frequency and a level of power. Core beliefs and emotions leave a groove, so to speak, and have great power.

Now, how does this impact our lives?

We live in an ocean of all possibilities and probabilities, pure consciousness or Quantum Field. Our unconscious lower mind sees and attracts limitations from this vast ocean if that resonates within. Since the unconscious mind has no logic, it will continue living in limitation until the conscious mind intervenes.

The unconscious mind is a powerful computer that parallel processes trillions of functions in a second, while the conscious mind can handle between 5 and 15 concurrent processes. So, whose beliefs and expectations of life win in the end?

Reprogramming the unconscious mind is critical to manifesting love, prosperity, emotional balance, and harmonious communication.

I teach a method for reprogramming the unconscious mind to align with conscious desires and balance emotions. I have created worksheets to help you get a head-start on reprogramming various aspects of your unconscious mind so you become a powerful creator of your reality and there is more joy and peace in your life.
