What you can expect at the pre-incubation program
The Startup Hacks Pre-Incubation entrepreneurial training program is delivered in six parts. This supports both full time and part time entrepreneurs. Once accepted you must attend all sessions and conduct assigned work between the sessions. The sessions are as follows:- December 7th – MODULE 1 – Team Building, Market Segmentation, Entry Level Storytelling, Costumer Discovery Interviews I
- January 4th – MODULE 2 – Customer Discovery Interviews II, Customer Insights, Value Proposition I (pains, gains, jobs), Storytelling and Pitch
- January 18th – MODULE 3 – Customer Insights, Solution/MVP I, Develop Value prop, Intermediate Storytelling
- February 1st – MODULE 4 – Finalize Value Proposition, Go2 Market I, Experimentation I, Solution/MVP II, Intermediate Venture Pitch
- February 15th – MODULE 5 – Experimentation II, Go2 Market II, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Channels & Partners, Metrics Which Matter
- March 1st – MODULE 6 – Pro Forma Financials I, Unit Economics, Advance Venture Pitch
