Join me for Xtreme Hip Hop with LaShawn! This high-energy step aerobics class combines fun hip hop beats with cardio for a full-body workout. My goal is to help you get fit, have fun, and boost your energy levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I’m excited to meet fitness enthusiasts looking to spice up their routine and move to some great music. Together, we’ll focus on improving endurance, coordination, and strength while having a Xtreme Fun!
