What we’re about
Let's explore St. Louis together to learn about how Asians have influenced, and continue to influence, St. Louis and call it home! Our events welcome both people with and without Asian descent unless specified.
We hope to see:
- All stories of Asians in America tied into the larger community of Asian America
- Exposure and impact of the racial history of Asians in America
- A deeper desire for liberation in our community and others
- Ultimately, a greater sense of joy in our lived experiences to just freely be in St. Louis.
Events include hosting community speakers, restaurant hunting, bar hopping, game nights, and community service, and more. If there are things you want to try, shoot us a message, and we can make it an event! To stay informed about our events, subscribe to our newsletter at https://stlpac.wixsite.com/stlpac.

Cinema St. Louis is hosting its first Asian Film Festival at Hi Pointe Theater! We plan to see Shoplifters at 4:00pm. Join us or feel free to check out their website to see tickets for other films!
From their website:
The first ever Cinema St. Louis Asian Film Festival is a vibrant celebration of cinema that spans cultures, histories, and identities, weaving together stories as wide-ranging as Making Waves: The Rise of Asian America, which documents the fight for representation and visibility; Return to Seoul, a searching portrait of belonging and dislocation; Yi Yi, a luminous exploration of family, memory, and the passage of time; and Shoplifters, a tender yet unflinching look at survival and chosen bonds. Together, these films embody the complexity and vitality of Asian cinema, offering audiences an intimate and expansive journey through lives that are both deeply personal and universally resonant.
