A little about Cameron:
Cameron is a psychiatrist by day and real estate investor by nights and weekends. A design enthusiast, she specializes in transforming neglected, century-old properties into carefully crafted long-term rentals that retain their historic charm, attract superior tenants, and rent above market rent. When she's not working or renovating, Cameron enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

A little about Emily:
Emily is a local real estate investor with 12 rental properties and 6 cohosting rentals, offering a mix of short-term (STR), mid-term (MTR), and long-term (LTR) rentals. She is the owner of StayStyled Interiors, an interior design and cohosting business that transforms rental spaces into profitable investments. Alongside her real estate ventures, Emily runs a freelance consulting business focused on business process optimization, helping companies streamline their operations for success.
