Strong Island is a nickname for Long Island. And we are a women's social club based on Long Island that empowers women. We are girl's girls- Our conversations are encouraging, positive, and supportive🤗💛🙌🏻
Our events are based in the Arts (visiting museums, LI historical sites, concerts, theater, dance, music & singing, cinema, book venues (poetry) & speaking engagements) Health & Wellness (walking venues, yoga, dance) and entertainment (ladies night dinners) spirituality and travel)
