What we’re about
The purpose of our new Go Club would be to provide a space for individuals who are interested in playing and learning the Chinese board game, Go. Go is a game of strategy, which involves placing black and white stones on a board with the aim of surrounding and capturing your opponent's pieces.
A Go Club would provide a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all skill levels to come together and learn from each other. It would provide an opportunity for beginners (like me) to learn the basics of the game, while also offering more experienced players a chance to improve their skills and compete against each other.
Overall, a Go Club would be a community hub for individuals who share a passion for the game of Go, fostering camaraderie, competition, and learning.
