WAITLIST: Turn on notifications to be sure you are notified when an event spot has opened up. Meetup automatically moves the next person on the ‘Waitlist’ to the ‘Going’ list. If you’re no longer able to attend please remove yourself from the ‘Waitlist’.
NO-SHOWS: If you respond to an event and are unable to attend please remove yourself from that event at least 24 hrs prior to the event and allow the next person on the waitlist to have that spot. For events requiring reservations, after one NoShow you will be restricted from events requiring reservations for 3 months. For all other events after three NoShows you will be restricted from events for 3 months. It’s not fair to ‘Waitlist’ attendees that could miss an opportunity to attend that event. We do understand that last minute emergencies can happen, in this case please contact the event organizer.
