Join a community of meditators and find connection, mindful relaxation, and take time out to do something just for you while surrounded by a supportive community. Sur-Thrive Community Meditations are for everyone, from beginner to experienced meditators, and are designed to be accessible to all. I specialize in creating events that are sensory-friendly and trauma-aware. Please inform the Meditation Guide of any reasonable accommodations before the meditation session.

Community Meditation sessions are an hour long and include guided meditation, mindful silent movement, and community discussion. Cushions and seated chairs are available; however, as you know your body best, it is recommended that you bring a meditation cushion, pillow, yoga mat, blanket, or low-seated beach chair - anything that you will find comfortable to sit in for an extended period. It is recommended to wear socks, bring a blanket, and water or tea.
