This group was started with one simple idea: sometimes, the best way to take care of your mental health is to sit around a table with good people and great games. As a counseling student, I’m learning how healing comes in many forms—and trust me, a night of board games, belly laughs, and lighthearted competition can do wonders.
Whether you're dealing with stress, burnout, or just need a night to unplug and be present, Tabletop Therapy is your cozy corner of the week.
New to board games? No worries I love teaching all sorts of personalities and make sure you will never be left out. Whether you have never played or just want to try something new, we got you.
No coping skills required. Just good company and of course bring some of your favorite snacks!
