What we’re about
For people of various political beliefs that are concerned about MAGA, Trumpism, and the rise of authoritarianism. This is meant to be a group that includes both conservatives and liberals that share the belief that checks and balances, freedom of speech, and rule of law are essential to the preservation of democracy. Our country is facing one of the greatest threats of democracy in our history. Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and all the enablers in government and media, along with the apathy within our general public, have created a democratic and constitutional crisis. You are probably aware of the problems facing our country. What are we gonna do about it? It's time to stop just focusing on the problems, and instead solve them. This group has two main goals 1) One to help defend democracy in our country through activism an education; 2) Self preservation by developing a close-knit community of like-minded individuals whom we can rely on for support through these challenging times. This is NOT a radical group and is 100% nonviolent. We want a group that is open minded empathetic and kind. This is not meant to be a permanent group and will only exist as long as we're going through this crisis.
