This is a group for those desiring to live mindfully and practice Mindfulness Meditation in different activities such as Mindful walking, hiking, biking, yoga, fishing, kayaking, etc. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR is excellent for dealing with depression, pain, trauma, PTSD, GRIEF and loss. The goal is do such in Ecotherapuetic Environments so that one can ground themselves with Gaia or Mother Earth 🌎. My goal is to help you develop as sense of community or TRIBE, peace and wonder while interacting and trying different group activities. This group will be a place to socialize and meet new people and open yourself to the possibilities SPIRITUALLY, emotionally & physically ✨️ awaiting you should you be brave enough to show up for yourself.
