Galway Women's Social Group

Hi Ladies!

This group is for women to meet new friends and acquaintances and other blow ins for social events, coffees, chats, brunches, movie nights or whatever your interests are!
We started this group as newcomers to Galway and we understand how hard it is to meet new people and put yourself out there. So don't be shy, we are all going through the same thing and come join us for coffee, wine, chats and laughs!
Every woman is welcome to this group, regardless of age, nationality, religion, etc.
As long as you are respectful to yourself and others, that's all what matters to us!

Group Rules:

Be mindful to RSVP to an event ONLY if you are sure you can attend.
If you cannot attend, please change your status to 'not going' here in the app or inform the organiser directly. Some events are very popular and have waiting lists. if you do not change your status on the app another member, who would really like to attend the event will miss out.
Be kind, courteous and respectful in any communication with the organisers and each other always.

Important note, please read carefully: The organizers are not guides or professionals of any activity or events undertaken. It is responsibility of every member to evaluate if they are fit enough and are capable in every capacity to join an event. It is up to all members to take out adequate insurance to cover for any physical activities. The organizers and members are not liable for any injuries, accidents or disputes between members. We are all a group of likeminded adult women. We are not qualified nor take responsibility for other members physical, mental, emotional or psychological welfare and safety.

Meetup fees are due every 6 months. A contribution of 5 euros only from some regular members is very much appreciated, since organizers spend time and energy to organize events that you like. If you have a ticket for an event and you cannot make it anymore, you can offer it to someone else in the group. And if tickets become available for sold-out events that you like, you will be informed as well. When meetup fees are due, we will start a discussion on this group.
