Welcome to The Cocoa Chic's Book Club. This Book Club is only looking for women who will be ACTIVE and CONTRIBUTE to the success of the club. We all are busy living life, maintaining households, and all the other jobs us women have to do. This club is designed for women of color to come together, relax, socialize, and network while discussing the newest read.
The Coco Chic's Book Club will meet at; Wineries, local parks, cafe's, and small businesses locally. PARTICIPATION IS A MUST!
There is a fee of $10.00 to join, and this will help offset the monthly dues that Meetup charges the organizers. There is a 60 trial period before your fee is due. This will allow you time to see if the group is for you.
This will be a drama free, no judgement space, and everyone's opinion will be respected. This group will also respect the privacy of others within the group.
Participation is voluntary, and you can leave the group at anytime. However, the $10.00 joining fee is NON-REFUNDABLE no matter the length of time in the group.
Meetups will be held every other month with the 1st event in July.
The meetups are free, however depending on the venue, you will be responsible for your meals.
