What we’re about
Come join our ladies weekday group if you want to create new friendships and meet other women in Colleyville, Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, North Fort Worth or nearby areas. This group was created for WOMEN that are AGES 50 & up that either don't work during the week days, work from home, or have flexible work schedules. It doesn't matter if you are single, married, divorced, or widowed, as long as you like to have FUN! Join us if you are interested in getting together during the weekdays for lunch or social events in the early afternoon (or occasionally in the morning) on weekdays. We can try new restaurants, play games, go see a movie, go shopping, have a tea party, or just get together, laugh and have a good time!
REQUIREMENTS
1. IN ORDER TO BE APPROVED, YOU MUST HAVE A PICTURE OF JUST YOURSELF ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP REQUEST & PROFILE. This is a ladies only group and having a picture on your profile also helps us to recognize you at meetup events. We will NOT APPROVE any memberships that do not show a clear photo of JUST YOURSELF. We all have adorable grandbabies, pets, motorcycles, cars, & other interests but please do not use those photos on your group profile. If your photo does not meet these guidelines, your membership request will be declined & you will need to re-submit a new membership request with correct photo before being considered again.
2. If you do not pay your $20.00 membership dues within a 60 day period of when you join, participate & attend some events, visit the group meetup page within a 3 month period, or you stop group email without contacting us to let us know the circumstances, you will be removed from our membership. If you RSVP “yes” and are a no-show three times without contacting an organizer you will be removed from the group.
New Group Policies: If there is some reason why you cannot make at least some of the meetup events and participate in the group or if your schedule has changed, please email me and let me know. Also starting this year any members that do not participate in any events within any four month period without contacting me will be removed from the group membership. If our members do not make the effort to participate then it defeats the purpose of the group.
If you have a business or product you sell, I ask that you do not send messages to the group members regarding your business or solicit business at meetup events. If I get complaints from any members that you are doing so, you will be removed from membership. This group is a social group not a business networking group!
