We are excited to now offer Community Acupuncture in our space with Licensed Acupuncturist, Sam Bahr. Community Acupuncture is a welcoming and affordable way to experience the benefits of acupuncture in a relaxed group setting. Each community session is $30 and treatments can range from 30-45 minutes.

A Sound Journey is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants embark on an inner journey, "bathed" in healing sound waves that promote release, clarity, and rejuvenation.

Participants are invited to lay down or sit comfortably in a chair as the session begins with a gentle, guided meditation to help settle the mind and body. From there, you will be guided on a transformative sound journey, enveloped in soothing vibrations produced by a variety of instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself.

As the harmonious sounds flow over and through you, layers of stress and tension melt away, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and refreshed. This immersive journey encourages a deep connection to your inner self, promoting healing, insight, and balance.

The third level of Reiki is the Master Teacher Training that allows you to teach new Reiki students. This is where you will learn how to perform the attunements for all 3 Reiki levels! You must have a Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Certification before you can take Reiki Level 3. You should have performed at least 40 hours of Reiki sessions and practiced using the Reiki sacred symbols for 3 months to be familiar with the process.

Join us for a powerful two-hour Shamanic Spiritual Journey Workshop designed to guide you through deep inner cleansing, release of emotional blocks, and profound spiritual healing.
