The Most Informal Running Club, Ever (TMIRCE): Upstate

Tracks are great places to socialize...and run I suppose. Join TMIRCE: Upstate for some laps around the track! Feel free to do your own thing and give high-fives as you run by or follow the workout of the night (including the high-fives)! Workouts change each week. Some examples of workouts we do: 1. 100m or 400m or 800m repeats 2. Ascending and descending ladders 3. Pyramids 4. Special Ks 5. Relays 6. Deck of Cards -food or drink after?? Suggestions welcome! Please don't feel intimidated! We welcome walkers and joggers of all abilities :)

Let's get muddy with a ~14 mile trail run organized by Mountain Dog Running. This is a classic, low tech race with a chill BBQ lunch after. The run starts and ends on the beach! Warning: be prepared for technical trails with some elevation change! Bring your own water and prepare to be running almost double the time of a road half marathon!

We're returning to Union Cafe for bRUNch! First, we'll meet at the diner and do a relaxing jog for ~ 3 miles, and then we'll eat brunch!! If you want to come for breakfast with friends we'll probably be back around 10:45am.
