What we’re about
Like dressing pretty and going out? Feeling anxious to get out of those sweatpants occasionally, and don your favorite frock? This group leans towards the millennial (though (younger) X and (older) Z welcome (21+)) looking to dress pretty, make friends and go out. Let’s get brunch or dinner, attend an event, or go to a museum. Let’s hear a chorus of “I love your dress” with a reply of “Thanks, it has pockets!” Welcome to The Pretty Committee!

- Galentine's Drinks & Potions at The Black Salt with Optional Late Night DinnerThe Black Salt Bar, Hamtramck, MI
Let's celebrate Galentine's a couple days late by joining us at the Black Salt Bar. After a some good times at the Black Salt, we will head down the street to the Yemen Cafe.
From their website: Not so long ago, many of those who invented and used spirits were called witches. Using knowledge of the physiological effects and metaphysical properties of ingredients, they created drinks, or potions, that transformed a person’s reality. Today, we use these same practices to create cocktails with intentional purposes. Pairing cocktails with spell processes, we use magick to conjure all kinds of experiences.
