What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that allows your mind to become more open to positive suggestions and new ways of thinking. In this relaxed state, your body unwinds, and your mind becomes receptive to ideas that support your well-being. It’s a bit like the state between waking and sleeping, where you remain aware and in control while gently accessing deeper parts of your mind.

This session is facilitated by Marija Mikolajczak, C.Ht. She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master, an intuitive healer and dowser. She facilitated a weekly guided meditation group in-person on her farm for six years, helping people relax, reconnect, and find inner peace. She began practicing hypnosis (for past life regression and spiritual healing hypnosis) in 2020 and became a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in February 2024. She is the co-owner of Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center in Stamford CT.

Note: Having your camera on helps Marija guide the session more effectively by ensuring everyone is following along and getting the full benefit of hypnosis.
