Immerse yourself in deep well-being with this workshop combining Yin Yoga, singing bowls, and energy healing. Guided by Julie for the yoga and Isabelle for the singing bowls and energy healing, this unique experience invites you to release tension, restore your energy balance, and reconnect with yourself.

More than just sound: The vibrations of Tibetan bowls blend with Yin Yoga and energy healing for a layered and personalized healing process.

Physical, Emotional & Energetic Release: Move beyond passive relaxation—through gentle movement, breathwork, and energy realignment, this experience supports deep healing.

Personalized Energy Work: Each participant receives subtle energetic adjustments to enhance relaxation, balance energy, and promote well-being.

Yoga mats, pillows & blankets are provided.

Shamanic journeys are a tool used by many cultures to help you connect with your guides in the spirit realms. Valuable insights can be gleaned from their direction.

Each month we will be having a Healing Shamanic Journey followed by channeled messages for each person there.

We will first travel to the lower world, into Mother Earth’s realm to meet with each of the elements and receive healing. As the journey ends, we will remain in silence while I channel messages for each of you.

It is easy to follow along even if you have never done a shamanic journey before. No experience is needed.

The SHE RECOVERS FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity with a growing and evolving community currently consisting of more than 325,000 women in or seeking recovery from substance use disorders, other behavioral health issues and/or life challenges.

This lifeline organization connects women through its virtual platforms and in-person community networks, provides resources and supports women to develop their own holistic recovery patchworks, and empowers them to thrive and share their successes. All efforts are designed to end the stigma and shame often associated with recovery so that more women may heal and grow.
