This week, we’ll be posted up at Wework in Park Tower, located on the 11th floor of the Deloitte building—right across from South Coast Plaza. This is hands-down one of the most convenient Wework locations, with tons of great spots nearby to grab lunch or decompress (OCMA is free and right next door 👀).

💸 Day Pass: $25

📞 Meetings: Plenty of soundproof phone booths available

Our Flow for the Day
We'll balance focused work sessions with opportunities to connect.
- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Welcome & Settle In (Grab coffee, find your spot, and set your goals for the day)
- 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Heads-Down Focused Work (Optional Pomodoro timers to stay on track)
- 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch & Social Mixer (Bring or buy your lunch; let's connect and chat)
- 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Collaborative Work Session (Continue solo work or team up for feedback/brainstorming)
- 4:00 PM: Wrap-up & Final Connections
Parking
1. WeWork Building Garage
Most WeWork locations have dedicated visitor parking. Check for signs for "WeWork" or "Visitor" parking. You may need to get validation from the WeWork front desk.

2. South Coast Plaza Parking
I usually park at Bristol & Town Center in the mall parking lot—super easy, free, and just a short walk over.

3. Street Parking
Some surrounding business parks or streets may have metered or time-limited parking. Pay close attention to all posted signs for restrictions and hours.

Calling remote workers, creative hustlers, and digital nomads — join us for a co-working session inside one of SoCal’s most iconic spaces: IKEA Costa Mesa.

Why this location?
• IKEA’s spacious interior offers wide aisles, natural light, and room to spread out (and get inspired) while working.
• When your brain needs a break, stroll through the showrooms or furniture displays — a built-in mental refresh.
• IKEA’s Swedish Restaurant & Bistro on site means you won’t need to wander far for a bite — comfort food, coffee, and quick snacks right upstairs.
• Though IKEA is known for big layouts and browsing journeys, many visitors mention that parking is plentiful, though weekends get busier.

Seating & Power
• We’ll be sitting together, working as a group at communal tables or tucked into a cluster of seats so we can support, chat, or brainstorm as needed.
• There are outlets, mostly located along walls or near seating zones, but they’re limited. Come with some battery backup or a full charge just in case.

What to Bring / Expect
• Laptop, charger, and optional power bank.
• Coffee or snacks (via the IKEA café or their restaurant).
• Openness to meet new faces and exchange ideas.
• Flexibility — we’ll share a table and set the flow together.
