This group aims to enhance your ability to control your mind, body, focus, concentration, confidence, discipline, and spirit through the self-improvement psychological and physical effects of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi could give you the health and well-being edge you need to feel better, look better, and be better. 
Using the Open the Door to Tai Chi model, we make learning and enjoying Tai Chi simple, easy, fun, effective, and fast. This Tai Chi model is designed to enhance psychological, physical, and emotional health with the Tai Chi Yang Style 24 Form made simple, easy, and fun.

  • Video Training Step By Step Guide - Coming in This Month - Using our 9-week rotating group system you will be taught the entire 24 Forms, Tai Chi principles, and how to learn more and get better. You can continue with our system to improve your skills and health results. This system integrates principles and techniques from various well-known Tai Chi Masters and experts. The following is an example of our nine-week rotating system.

Tai Chi Edge First Principles

  • About me
    After 31 years in the Marines, I finally got serious about my personal health and wellbeing. Now to stay healthy and even enhance my physical, mental and emotional health I practice and teach Tai Chi as the foundation for optimum health and wellbeing. I hold numerous certifications including:
