Healing Yin is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on long holds in specific postures (asanas) with the concentration on your breath. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this class is for everyBODY.
During this class the use of props (blocks, bolsters, pillows) is highly encouraged and will be provided, if you have your own feel free to bring them. This unique style of yoga creates balance in the body and brings peacefulness to the mind.

Please bring your own mat and your most authentic self to the class :)

Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.

Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided

NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

August Theme: Manifesting Abundance
The harvest season reminds us that everything we have nurtured will eventually return to us. Every prayer whispered into the soil, every choice made with care, every moment of devotion becomes part of a sacred cycle. The Earth shows us that when we tend with love and patience, we are met with gifts that mirror our intention. Abundance is not a transaction. It is a relationship.
In Navajo tradition, this time of year is not just about gathering crops. It is about gathering wisdom. It is about recognizing that we are in relationship with the land, with the rain, with the sun, and with spirit itself. When we live in alignment with those relationships, what we need arrives with grace. Abundance comes when we walk in harmony, when we move in rhythm with what is real and rooted.
This breathwork journey is an invitation to remember that you are already part of that rhythm. There is nothing to chase. There is only space to soften, space to open, and space to receive what has been finding its way to you. Each breath is a doorway. Inhale and feel what is ready to bloom within you. Exhale and clear the space for it to arrive.
Let this season be your mirror. Let the fullness of the Earth remind you of your own ripeness. Let the warmth of the sun awaken your willingness to receive. You do not need to prove anything. You do not need to earn what is already yours.
You are the harvest. You are the prayer returned. You are the abundance made visible.
