Note: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult guardian aged 18+. Older siblings are welcome, with proper parent/guardian supervision

Work your cares away! This week, we'll meet at the Little Cranberry Lake, in Anacortes. We'll go for a trail walk along the waterfront and through the forest, and if we're lucky, we'll spot some of these amazingly industrious creatures. We'll finish off the morning with a picnic together.
Timeline:
10:00 - Meet at the parking area
10:10 - Begin walk
11:00 - Picnic and Story time with Mr. Adam (organizer)What to bring:
-Your tiny explorer (ages 0-4)
-Kids' transportation (preferably a carrier, there are parts of the trail unfit for strollers)
-Food, utensils, and napkins for yourself and your family
-Your preferred seating and/or blankets for the ground
-Binoculars are a plus, but not requiredBathroom Facilities

-All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
-Adults attendees are responsible for their own children and the safety of their children at all times. It is each parent's/guardian's responsibility to determine whether each activity is appropriate for their child's participation.

-This outing has risks including, but not limited to: slips/falls, insect bites/stings, hurting plants (thorn pricks, itching, poison berries, etc.), head-bonking hard surfaces (benches, concrete, rocks, etc.), splinters, incidental sharp edges from items/equipment in the park, waterfront/drowning, passing vehicles, animals that may bite (squirrels, beavers, raccoons, etc.).Donations to the organizer:

The flight museum takes off! Come enjoy a morning together where we'll watch the aircraft of the museum fly, do maneuvers, and land.
**Admission Costs - Adults $12, Military $5, Free for children under 5, $5 for children aged 5-17

10:00 - 12:00 (ish) - Meet at the Heritage Flight Museum, and watch the planes soar. Also, explore the museum...there's lots to see.

Last one to the top....still gets amazing views! This week, we'll meet at Little Mountain Park (South Viewpoint) in Mount Vernon. We'll go for a trail walk in the area and get some beautiful views of Skagit Valley. We'll finish off the morning with a story and a picnic together.
Timeline:
10:00 - Meet at the park (South Viewpoint, on top of the mountain)
10:15 - Explore the area / Hike a trail
11:00 - Return to viewpoint area
11:00 - Story time with Mr. Adam (organizer)
11:10 - Picnic
