What we’re about

Empowering women to 1) carry heavy backpacks on Trails for an hour once a week, 2) hike a peak with a backpack once a month, 3) go on big outdoor adventures and get comfortable and confident in the outdoors. Purpose is to provide support, guidance, and a community for Women to get stronger and get outdoors. Being outside has many benefits including improving mood and reducing stress. We hope to see you out there!
