Join us if you identify as a millennial and want to connect with other millennials in the Triangle area. We aim to host events that are fun and centered around being active, social, artsy and furry-friends friendly.

The ultimate goal for this group is to build a community of millennials in the Triangle area that can be a base network for all members to go to for fun, connection, learning new skills, sharing new experiences, meeting new people, and making this place a home.

Hello,

Let's get creative together! Join us on Saturday, 12th July for a fun and relaxing day of sketching and drawing at the Ackland Art Museum in Chapel Hill. Whether you're a seasoned artist or picking up a pencil for the first time, everyone is welcome!

The Ackland Art Museum offers a Drawing in the Galleries program, where participants will sketch from a particular object in the museum’s collection. All you need is your sketchbook and some dry media (like crayons or pencils) – just make sure to stick to gallery-safe materials!

After sketching, we’ll explore the museum, then head out for a casual lunch in Chapel Hill.

Actual conversation I had with a stray cat I feed:
Cat: “Chasing mice is fun and all, but I’m really bummed I can’t make it on Friday, July 18th to see the sketch comedy show written and directed by Bryan Tucker—Senior Writer at Saturday Night Live—with Mettlesome. Meow!”

Me: “Yes! Sucks to be you. Want to chase a laser dot instead?”
But what my cat is missing out on, I hope you don’t. Tucker takes a break from SNL to direct a show about Durham’s resurgence, self-checkout machines, and winning tips from Bill Belichick.
