NOTE: This is a mere shadow of our original Meetup page, which was forced to close when BendingSpoons/Meetup doubled the fee. We had over 420 members and had been hosting game nights weekly since 2020. This successful group has simply moved to Discord, where we plan all our events, talk about games, and find community we didn’t know we had. I hope you will check out our server, view our full range of events, and get to know us better.
This new, basic tier Meetup page will only be advertising one of our many events [due to a 2-event-per-month limit]. Come out to our “Public Nights” or join our Discord to find out more about our full calendar of events.
We are your neighbors, a community of locals organizing in-person gaming events across the WV-VA-MD tristate intersection. We have events every Wednesday, every other Friday, every other Sunday, 2 trivia nights/month, and more! If you know someone who would enjoy a regular group like this, please spread the word. ALL are welcome 💛
Community and play are human needs. Games are for everyone - all ages, all identities, all backgrounds - and so are our events. There will never be any fees to attend our events (sometimes we meet at public places to support local businesses, but you won't be required to make any purchase).

The Charles Town American Legion opens their doors to our gaming community every other Friday, and we are able to gather on their second floor to play games.
This is an open session style event where you may join and leave at any time (until our host locks up for the night). Grab your favorite games & friends and come say hi. Our events are open to the public - can't wait to meet you!
BYO snacks, but please be mindful and responsible. You’re also invited to grab a drink or the Friday meal special (6-9pm) from the Legion's bar downstairs.
Our community primarily exists on Discord and does not RSVP through Meetup anymore. Please do not let the lack of Meetup RSVPs deter you from coming.
