Start Your Weekend with Serenity: Chakra Balancing Meditation & Somatic Experiencing
Join us for a peaceful journey into heart-centered meditation, focusing on Hridaya (the heart chakra), where we'll cultivate balance, stillness, and presence. The session will begin with a gentle somatic warm-up, engaging in stretches that invite openness and ease in the upper body. We will then guide you through breathwork techniques to center the mind and bring a sense of calm to your being. Green medicine(cannabis) can be used before or at the start but not necessary!

Kaya Sthairyam: The immobility of the body induces the quietness of the mind.

This practice will help release tension, quiet the mental chatter, and restore a sense of peace and clarity. Meditation can be an effective tool for reducing anxiety and pain, improving sleep, boosting self-esteem, uplifting mood, and enhancing focus and creativity.

Please bring a blindfold/scarf, pillow, and blanket to create a cozy, soothing environment for your practice.

We usually have discussions before and after the meditation and often go for up to two hours after but you are free to leave at any time!
