Description
“You protected your heart because someone broke it. You shut the door not because you didn’t want love, but because you were left to guard yourself alone. But I tell you: not every hand wounds. Not every closeness breaks. Some closeness heals.”
There are those who long for connection but cannot let it in.
Those who keep their distance, even while hoping to be embraced.
It is not indifference, it is fear. Not coldness, but memory.
If your body tenses when someone comes near, if your mind whispers warnings when love begins to grow, it may be because somewhere along the way, safety was replaced with survival.
Schema Therapy refers to this as the Mistrust/Abuse schema—a profound imprint left by betrayal, violation, or neglect. It teaches you to expect harm where there should be care. To doubt, to defend, to pull away.
But I tell you this:
You are not wrong to protect yourself.
You are just tired of protecting yourself alone.
And now is the time to learn another way. What you will carry home with you:
- A compassionate understanding of how the Mistrust schema operates in your nervous system, in your relationships, and in the story you tell yourself about others
- Tools to begin retraining your sense of safety, gently, slowly, without forcing what still feels too close
- A new internal experience of safety: one that begins within, not through control, but through connection
- A guided MIMT mirror practice to meet the part of you that still doesn’t trust—and to offer it protection, not from the world, but from isolation
- An embodied sense of emotional boundaries that protect without imprisoning
- The beginning of a new way of relating, not through suspicion or retreat, but through presence and choice
- And most of all, the sacred reminder that your heart was not made for defence, it was made for relationship
- You Must Do Better — Freeing Yourself from the Inner JudgeLink visible for attendees

Description
“You were never meant to earn love by suffering. You were not sent here to be perfect; you were sent here to be whole. And the voice that shames you is not your truth. It is a shadow of pain, not the light of who you are.”
Many walk through life not under the weight of the world, but under the weight of their own judgment.
There is a voice in them that never rests.
It demands more.
It forgives nothing.
It turns mistakes into evidence of failure and success into not quite enough.
Psychology calls this the Punitive Inner Critic, often linked to Unrelenting Standards and the Defectiveness schema. But those are only names. What you feel is more than a pattern.
It is the ache of never being at peace inside yourself.
This voice did not begin with you.
It was inherited from fear, from shame, from a world that made love conditional.
But I tell you now: you can stop this inheritance.
You can speak with a voice that builds instead of breaks.
You can rest.### What you will carry home with you:
- A clear understanding of the Punitive mode and how it took root in your life, often in response to rigid, critical or emotionally distant environments
- Insight into how perfectionism, relentless pressure, or chronic guilt are signs not of strength, but of old pain trying to protect you from shame
- The power to name the voice inside you that condemns, and the skill to challenge it with something wiser: a voice that teaches instead of punishes
- A profound MIMT mirror ritual to meet your inner critic with compassion—and to awaken the Compassionate Inner Adult who speaks with strength and love
- A lived experience of being enough, not because you’ve achieved more, but because you’ve stopped fighting yourself
- A new internal rhythm: one that allows you to pause without guilt, breathe without fear, and grow without shame
- And above all, the quiet certainty that you do not need to prove your worth, you only need to remember it
- UNSTRESSABLE: Master Stress Before It Masters YouLink visible for attendees
IMPORTANT: This event will be live-streamed and recorded.
You’ll have the opportunity to interact with the speaker through the online chat during the session. At the end of the webinar, we'll also have the chance to interact in a non-video recorded Zoom session, where you can ask questions or provide feedback.

To create a more open and personal space, we’ve also scheduled monthly Zoom meetings on the first Monday of every month. These special sessions will not be recorded, allowing all participants to freely interact, see each other, and share personal experiences in a more private and engaging environment.

Description
“You have silenced yourself for so long, not because you had nothing to say, but because you believed love would be taken if you spoke. But I tell you now: your truth does not threaten love. It reveals it.”
Some wounds don’t leave bruises—they leave silences.
There are those who have learned, often very early in life, that the safest way to belong is to surrender their voice. To avoid conflict, to obey, to never inconvenience others. They have carried their truth in secret, convinced that speaking it would cost them everything.
This is not cowardice.
It is what psychology refers to as the Subjugation schema: a pattern that forms when love is conditional and emotional expression is unsafe.
But what once protected you now keeps you hidden.
And I tell you: you were not born to hide.
This is the moment to return.
To come home to the voice you buried to survive.
To rise, not against others, but for yourself. What you will carry home with you:
- A clear understanding of how the Subjugation schema formed in your story, and how it still operates in your relationships and decisions
- The ability to distinguish guilt from fear, and fear from truth
- A new emotional vocabulary that honours both your needs and the needs of others, without losing yourself
- A MIMT mirror ritual in which you will meet your own eyes and speak aloud what you’ve always needed to say—not to win, not to prove—but simply to be
- A felt experience of what it means to stand in your own presence and not disappear
- The seed of a new way of being: where love is no longer bought through silence, but built through honesty
- And above all, the gentle reminder that you were never wrong to feel, or to want, or to speak. You were just taught to forget.
