Sue Eaton, a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, is excited to offer a yoga class at Unity Spiritual Center, This weekly class is for beginners, as well as experienced yoga students.
This class will be in the style of Hatha yoga, which focuses on breath and movement, and is more gentle and slower paced than other styles. It will include yoga poses, breathing practices and meditation. The emphasis will be on increased body and breath awareness, and alignment, as well as with stretching and strengthening poses. Variations with props will be offered to assist with various levels of mobility.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats, and other props, such as a blanket or pillow to sit on, a block or pillow for support, and a strap or scarf for stretching. There will be a limited number of props available for use. Chairs will also be available to use as props.

Beautiful hike at 10,000 foot elevation on Sandia Peak. This fairly easy hike is 4 miles out and back. It is at 10,ooo feet altitude. Bring plenty of water, trail food a hat. $5 dollar parking fee per car. Meet at the Unity Spiritual Center Albuquerque parking lot, 9800 Candelaria NE, at 9:00 AM or at the Trailhead at 9:45 AM. Bring food, water, sunscreen and a hat.

(Conscious Breathing will take place as an extension of SoulShare, 5:00-7:00 pm on 2nd Sundays) (this schedule begins, August 2025) at Unity Spiritual Center Albuquerque for a relaxed, interactive experience.
You're invited to a new kind of gathering—a safe, supportive space to be real, to be heard, and to reconnect with the deeper truths that ground us. In the midst of uncertainty, division, and emotional overwhelm, this group offers an opportunity to explore spiritual principles in practical, down-to-earth ways. Through open conversation, guided practices, and shared wisdom, we’ll navigate fear, anger, and anxiety together—without judgment, and without needing to have it all figured out. Come as you are, and join us as we find peace, strength, and hope—right here, in the midst of it all.
There’s no preaching—just open-hearted conversation, guided reflection, and tools for finding clarity and peace in the midst of it all. Each session is rooted in Unity principles and focused on what matters most right now. Please note: this gathering is designed for adults and is not suitable for children. Come as you are—curious, uncertain, hopeful, or anything in between. You are welcome here.
