What we’re about

What a weirdly eclectic list! But my hunch is, if only one item of it resonates with you, it probably makes sense to you as much as me. My hunch is also, you may or may not have been on a long journey of seeking. Tell me where I'm wrong? :-) So if this all makes sense to you: Welcome Home, Warrior! 😃🥹🤗✨💞🌱☁️🌱💞✨

It took me a long time to find these teachers and collect this list. A long inner and outer journey across the globe. It took me equally long to say to myself, well Kathy, if you are looking for kindred spirits and like-minded souls, there might as well be another one, feeling the same.

It's a scary thing to do but also not. For what it's worth, it's what all the things and people in the list stand for. Dare to lead. Right? How can you read and think and talk about it all the time but then each time it's calling you, chicken out? --- So here we go! This is me. Kathy. Daring greatly.

Here's the call with the intention to invite and UNITE an aligned community of shared values and integrity. To laugh together. To learn together. To grow together. To empower each other. To shine our light. To finally meet. To find each other. Like a deep exhale. Like a coming home. ✨✨✨✨🫶🏼✨✨✨✨

INVITATION // CALLING: UPALONG

///To get up and move together as a collective in a similar shared direction.///

You are a fan of one or several or all of the following*** (list below) and looking for kindred spirits and like-hearted folx to talk, read, play, co-create, share and gather in intentional ways to make meaning and geek out together in wise and healing ways?

Maybe even start a podcast together or go on long hikes and wilderness camps in Patagonia jackets (the latter are optional 😉) and share our light by the fire? You bring the fire wood and the dutch oven, I bring the esbit cooker and the fairy lights?🏕️💞✨✨

Or we gather in a cozy space inside, a place that looks straight out of a pinterest board in sacred ceremony in a women's circle? LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Let's not forget the delicious food that we cherish as our way of celebrating the land, the hands and hearts who cultivate it with values of love and passion, and our ancestors?

Let's gather intentionally. Let's hike. Let's walk. Let's talk. Let's commune, cook and eat. Share a meal. Share life. Share a vision. Weave connection and a safe space inside. Let's make that safe space span outside all around us, when we're together and when we venture back into the world.

Let's go on retreats together. Let's hike. Let's lie in the sun in the south of France, in café terrasses making dreams and plans like literaries and philosophers and artists in the 20th century. Let's hike coastal walks that no one knows. Let's dream and swim and surrender to the ocean waves and the currents of a gentle cool river stream in the shade of old oak and olive trees. Let's make the small patch of land we touch upon a better place. Like we've been daring greatly to dream since we were born.

The list goes on, but this is the gist. :-)

I'd love to tell you more about me and my life, if you'de like me to, and what got me here, my equally eclectic passions for places and people and travel and food in an eternal quest for home, soon, too. For now I wanted you to know first and foremost that this group exists. That there's a place for you.

I'm also cooking up a first gathering soon. As for me, January is not for "new year - new me". January is for rest and hibernation in the deep dead of winter.

YET, it may also be the time for one first peek to see who else is out there, before soon after we finally meet and see each other, and from there see together where this wild heck of a ride may take us. So if this calls you, please reach out, now or when you awaken back to the light of spring. Let's make this our first year of many years and let's do so daring greatly.

Welcome home, peep! I'm so glad you've found me.

✨💞🌱☁️🌱💞✨

Let's heal. Let's heal ourselves. Let's heal each other. And in doing so, heal a part of a collective field that spans across the world.

Love

Kathy
