
What we’re about
In this group, we use principles of gamification to build and maintain healthy habits, "level up", and stop procrastination. This is not a group about video games or board games per se, but rather about using the psychological elements found in those games and applying them to real life to accomplish goals. This group intends to be an evidence based resource to help people live their best life in a fun and innovative way.
