Welcome!
This group is for anyone who is interested in Yoga and Meditation online and in person classes.
Yoga is an ancient discipline and is the union of the mind, body and soul. Yoga is great for mental and physical health and wellbeing.
If you want to learn a mindful practice, and relieve some stress from the hustle and bustle of a hectic lifestyle   then please join this group, while I host a series of practices online and in person in Uxbridge.

All are welcome, all you need is a mat and an open heart!
