What we’re about

Do you want to be naturally thin, finally find a way of eating that works for you where you don't carry extra weight all the time. Be able to really truly enjoy your food with friends, go out etc., stop waiting to start really living your life until you lose ________ pounds.

This group will do a deep dive into why we are hanging on to excess weight and help us to finally design a sustainable way of eating that works long term.

Each meeting will be a new workshop and we will work through our food issues together and build a network of friends to support each other

I would still love to work out with any of you that want to come to VASA to get some exercise or walk, hike, bike, etc.
