Please join us for a peaceful 45 minutes of vegan-oriented meditation and discussion. We’ll meditate together in silence for 15 minutes, then share brief thoughts on a vegan or mindfulness-related topic. Talking during the second half is completely optional, but we do ask all participants to keep their webcams on throughout the session to help deter trolling.
When you arrive, you'll see a meditation timer already counting down from 15 minutes — that's your cue to begin meditating. If you're new to meditation or prefer guided meditation, check out www.VeganMeditation.org/guided

Where: The Zoom link will be provided when you RSVP here on Meetup. Only those who have RSVP'd will be admitted. If you've RSVP'd and can't find the link, it's on this event page under the text that says "online event".
VERY IMPORTANT:
- To help reduce trolling, you must be signed in to a Zoom account to join the session. Zoom accounts are free at www.zoom.com (click "sign up"), and you'll need to log in there (click "sign in") BEFORE joining the meditation. If this is your first time, please get your free Zoom account in advance because doing so takes a few minutes.
- Please remember that keeping webcams on (and staying on webcam) during the session is required to help deter trolling. For the best experience, please join via a computer/laptop. If joining by phone is your only option, please use a stationary mount.

- Don't worry if there aren't many RSVP's here, as people join our meetups from a variety of places.
- Our sessions are scheduled to last 45 minutes, but we typically stay longer if people are still talking. However, we also want to respect everyone's time/schedule, so please feel free to log off at 7:45 if that happens.
