Welcome! This is for anyone who wants to make new friends and go on adventures together, big and small. Whether you're new in town, or just looking to expand your social circle, it will be a fun experience either way! We host various events, such as hikes, beach days, game nights, bar crawls, karaoke, trivia & much more. Please feel free to suggest new events or ideas!

Rules*:
1)good-natured ribbing aside, no excessive sh*t-talking or gossiping of/about other members.
2)no excessive no-shows. If you can’t make an event that you signed up for, be sure to update that RSVP. Makes planning events much easier!

K1 Speed offers a fun, exciting thing to do in town that delivers an unforgettable experience for friends, families, and businesses. Each location features fast electric go karts, a professionally-designed track, state-of-the-art safety barriers, private meeting rooms, an arcade, and an onsite cafe that offers food and drinks.

This makes K1 Speed the best entertainment venue in the area, and a great spot for a fun date night idea, family fun, social outings, team building, corporate events, company parties, birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and more.

We can go meet in the front and then start a race, the prices are about 25 bucks for 1 race or 45 bucks for 2. Afterwards we can go get a bite to eat & drink and hang out at their arcade to get our game on too!

We'll get inside and wait a bit near the front. Then queue up, fill out waivers and get playing! Afterwards we can find a nearby bar to hang out at and destress too!

Since it was so much fun last time, I figure we could try some of these kayaking and also paddleboarding rental spots to enjoy the harbor! Channel Islands harbor is one of the best with its great chill views and small town beach feel.

Dress in swim clothes or anything you don't mind getting wet, and when we check in we'll sign some forms and listen to the instructors etc regarding where in the Harbor we can go to, safety or paddling tips. We will launch at around 1020-230am-ish to give folks time to park and stuff.

Also if you have your own kayak or paddleboard I think you can launch there with us too. Please know how to swim if that wasn't obvious hah, in case you fall in. Although they do have lifejackets too.

Single kayak $12.50/hr
Double kayak $20/hr
SUP $25/hr

Bring a hat, extra layers, ID (for rental), water, water proof bag if you have it, and a change of clothes. Your butt will get wet. If you prefer not to wear shoes you can leave them on the dock before getting into the kayak. If you haven’t tried it before, I promise it’s not scary. We’ll give everyone a few minutes to orient themselves to paddling before we start exploring.

Come join us for a laid-back wine and cheese meetup where you can explore a variety of different vintages and a host of gourmet cheeses at your local family owned wine 'closet'. This casual gathering is for we can try some new expired grape juice and moldy milk while acting classy while we do it 😜.

Parking is around the lot but if you drink a little too much hah try to be responsible and don't drink and drive! And feel free to come by when you can, even if you just want to stop by for a little bit before the holidays to say hi!
