Walk for Fun, Fitness and Friendship

Come walk with Empire State Capital Volkssporters, walkescv.org on a pre-Halloween walk in Scotia's northside. Walk on residential city streets and sidewalks, exploring a wonderful area of the Capital District. Choose either a 5k or 10k pre-designed route. Sign-in is between 9:30-9:55. Registration will be done in the lobby of the Comfort Inn & Suites near the ATM machine. Pets are welcome at the walk, but not indoors at the start point.
Bathrooms will be available in the lobby area. All 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ must sign a registration waiver and pay the $4.00 walk fee. Enjoy fun, fitness, friendship and fresh air with us!

Come enjoy outdoor fun, fitness and friendship with America's Walking Club, walkescv.org, following either a 5k or 10k pre-designed route through this 130 acre public park over paved trails, running paths and bridges, passing a pond, a maze, meadows and playgrounds, done at your own speed. All participants must sign in and pay the $4 fee between 9:30-9:55 am. Come Walk With Us! Pets are welcome on this walk.
