Soul Strolls: Walk, Talk, and Discover
Join us for a unique and enriching experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Here’s what to expect:
- Quick Lesson to Start: We’ll begin with a brief introduction to a thought-provoking topic or lesson designed to inspire self-reflection and meaningful conversation.
- Walking Reflection: During the walk, you can either pair up with someone to discuss the topic or choose to mindfully meditate on it while enjoying the beauty of nature.
- Group Discussion: At the end of our walk, we’ll gather as a group to share insights, experiences, and reflections that arose during the journey.
Details to Know:
- Rain or shine, we’ll meet as scheduled—so dress appropriately for the weather and bring an umbrella if needed.
- Walks last approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they are good with people and other dogs.
- Bring water, an open mind, and a sense of curiosity.
