Join up for a walk that begins at the new Mountlake Terrace Light Rail station. The route then continues via sidewalks and well-maintained trails through lovely Ballinger Park, residential neighborhoods, Lyon Creek Park, and past Candy Cane playground. We then circle back to the start location, passing fun outdoor sculptures near the Mountlake Terrace City Hall and library.
Choose from two routes, 10k (6 miles) or 5k (3 miles).
Walk registration will be on ground level of the light rail station near the north stairway and entrance to the parking garage. The Registration Table will be open from 9AM - 10:30AM. All participants must register. There will be walk directions available. Enjoy walking at your own pace. This is not a group walk. Participants are encouraged to use Sound Transit. If you drive, parking is limited 40 spaces on the top floor of the garage.
