Come down to experience the relaxing and healing benefits of Reiki!
Reiki is universal life force energy coming through the crown of the practitioner and out through their palms to the recipient. It is a form of energy healing; most people find it very relaxing and calming. It is very gentle and often done on a massage table. People wear comfortable clothes and often take off their shoes.
The practitioner(s) hover their hands over the various chakras of the recipient from the crown to the foot. The recipient relaxes and often wears an eye mask (provided). Essential oil and crystals/gemstones will be used to facilitate the relaxation. There is minimal talking during the session.
We will gather around the massage table with the intention of sending Reiki energy through our palms to the recipient. People will take turns and depending on the number of participants, each person will receive
5-15 minutes of Reiki.
Reiki practitioners have undergone official Reiki training and Reiki attunements. There will be time beforehand, and afterwards for all questions!
We will start with light snacks, socializing and meditation. Plan on drinking extra water after receiving Reiki!
